Why haven't I received any documents in the post?
startrescue.co.uk does not send any documents by post. All
your documents can be viewed, downloaded and printed from either the links provided
at the time of purchase, or at any time via the Customer Lounge located on the startrescue.co.uk
Why haven't I received an email confirmation?
Sometimes the email can take up to an hour to appear in
your inbox. If after an hour you still haven't received an email from startrescue.co.uk,
please check your spam folder. You may need to add our email address (firstname.lastname@example.org)
to your safe list (aka "white list") to allow some anti-virus programs to accept
