What awards has Start Rescue won?

Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024

Winner of the breakdown cover category in the Finder Customer Satisfaction Awards 2024. Start Rescue achieved an overall satisfaction rating of 4.9 out of 5, with an impressive 94% of customers saying they’d recommend Start Rescue to a friend. 

Customers praised Start Rescue for “great prices and quick response times”. Steve from Manchester commented, “I had an excellent experience with [Start Rescue] when my car broke down. They maintained contact with me to let me know what was happening. The response was swift and efficient”. 

Finder collected almost 10,000 customer responses across 15 financial categories, including breakdown cover. In this category, Finder polled over 750 breakdown cover users, asking them to rate their satisfaction with the service they’d received and whether they’d recommend it to a friend.

The successful win follows on from Start Rescue having been Highly Commended in the same category in 2023.

Yourmoney.com Personal Finance Awards 2024

Having held the title of Best Breakdown Cover Provider for nine consecutive years, Start Rescue successfully ousted Green Flag to win the category at the first time of entering!

The awards have a two staged judging process. Initial entries are shortlisted based on price and product structure, before being benchmarked by a panel of 1500 UK consumers on user journey and quality of service to provide a comprehensive winner in each category.

The Money Pages Personal Finance Awards 2023/24

Voted for by the public, the readers of The Money Pages votes resulted in Start Rescue being awarded Highly Commended in the Best Breakdown Cover category for the second consecutive year.

Business Vans Awards

For the second year running, Start Rescue came out top in the category for Best Van Vehicle Recovery in the Business Vans Awards for 2024.

The Awards are judged by an independent panel of automotive experts and the Business Vans editorial team, sending a clear message about which products and services are ‘best in class.’
