On the two occasions I've had to call out Start Rescue they have fixed/recovered my car and the service was great. I didn't have to wait too long and the staff were friendly and courteous.

Fortunatly to date I have had no need of their services so cannot speak of their assistance performance, I have renewed for this year as the cover, the cover on paper is very good, everything you could want at a reasonable price, unfortunatly there is no discount for not claiming so the enivetable rise in premimum comes, a little negotiation is required, especially admin charges are steep which i see as changing the date on the policy. No matter how you cut it you are better off having breakdown cover and not needing it that noy having it and needing it. I will stick with them until the price seems excessive.
