Competition Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

The Competition is sponsored and endorsed by startrescue.co.uk (the Company). This Competition is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Competition, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Competition, as determined by the Company, are final in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY

The Competition is open to legal residents of the UK where not prohibited by law, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Competition Period. Call Assist Ltd has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

The Competition is not open to employees of the Company or members of their immediate families (including spouse, parents, grandparents, children, brothers, sisters, uncles, aunts, cousins and direct descendants and in any event the decision of the Company shall be final) of the Company, their agents, participating clients or anyone connected with the promotion of the Competition or event and again in the event of any dispute the decision of the Company shall be final and legally binding.

SUBMISSION PERIOD

The Competition begins 24^th November 2022 and ends 29^th November 2022 at 11.59pm GMT (“Submission Period”). All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period.

HOW TO ENTER

Simply follow us on any of our social profiles, like our competition post, share the post with your friends and complete the competition entry form.

WINNER SELECTION

All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. The winner will be chosen at random. The winners will be announced on or around 2^nd December 2022 noon GMT. Announcement and instructions for the prize winner will be sent to the e-mail address supplied on the potential prize winner’s entry form. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring their e-mail account for the prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Competition. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Administrator within fifteen (15) days, using the contact information provided at the time of entry or a potential prize winner does not respond to the Company within 15 days upon receiving notification, or if the prize email is returned as undeliverable, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. The Prize may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

Incidental expenses and all other costs and expenses which are not specifically listed as part of the prize in these Official Rules and which may be associated with the award, acceptance, receipt and use of all or any portion of the awarded prize are solely the responsibility of the respective prize winner.

ADDITIONAL LIMITATIONS

The prize is non-transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of the prize is permitted. The Company, sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Competition, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting of these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any prize. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Competition is unlawful and subject to possible legal action. We reserve the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Competition, without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, if we determine that the Competition cannot be conducted as planned or should a virus, bug, tampering or unauthorised intervention, technical failure or other causes beyond our control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Competition. In the event any tampering or unauthorised intervention may have occurred, we reserve the right to void suspect entries at issue. The Company, sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.

PUBLICITY

By participating, each entrant grants the Company permission to use their name, likeness or comments for publicity purposes without payment of additional consideration.

By entering this Competition, if you have ticked the box to receive news and offers from us you will be added to the startrescue.co.uk database and are indicating your consent to receiving general communications from startrescue.co.uk and other Call Assist Ltd companies. If you wish to be removed from such a list or object to receiving marketing communication from us, please email marketing@call-assist.co.uk and we will stop processing your data for these purposes.
