Which? conducts detailed financial health and credit checks and an extensive assessment is undertaken by one of their Trading Standards qualified assessors who run a ‘business MOT.’

These checks include a review of breakdown policy wording and compliance procedures, interviewing vehicle recovery operators to make sure they provide the best standards of customer service, as well as a further survey of customers to make sure claimed high customer satisfaction standards can be backed up.
